Frederick Leon Parker, affectionately known as Fred to his family, dedicated his life to the Lord before his transition from this world. Fred was a man brimming with laughter and humor. A proud graduate of JH Rose in 1974, he was a son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and a friend to many. The Last Days Harvest COGIC Church Family requests your prayers for the Parker Family as they prepare to lay their loved one to rest.

| Can You Help Us? Here at Last Days Harvest, we are undertaking a major campaign. In order for us to continue to be a viable part of the commununity with respect to benevolence, then we must enlarge our facilities if we expect to continue to serve those who are less fortunate. Therefore we are asking our friends, donors, sponsors, and others to help us raise the 1.5 million dollars over the next 3 years that we need. We are asking for your support to help us reach our campaign goal. The funds raised will support several projects at that are vital to our continued growth, maintenance and the community’s needs. We will be pursuing several different approaches to meet our fundraising goals including: mailing campaign, Fall Fundraising Banquet, sponsorship banners, indoor yard sales, basket raffles, bake sales and more. We will strongly pursue support from local businesses and grant funding to supplement our traditional fundraising methods as well. With your support, our neighbors, friends and local businesses we are sure that our Capital Fundraising Campaign goal can be met and exceeded. We here at Last Days look forward to this challenge and the benefits these improvements will bring to our local communities. | At the 14th anniversary of our founding, we are grateful for the work and dedication of the faithful members who went before us. They made great sacrifices and nurtured the faith that has been entrusted to us today so that we can continue to praise God here at Last Days Harvest Church. Now it’s our time to undertake the critical work to insure we can pass on what’s been entrusted to us. Honoring Our Past… Invest In Our Future seeks to raise $1.5 million for the following two phases of projects:
Through this campaign, we will be able to put into place facilities and ministries needed to minister to our community. The anticipated cost for the total project is estimated to be $1.5 million. We have put forward this three-tiered set of goals to finance the model project: Let’s Get It Started - $190,000 With this amount, we will be able to complete the Sanctuary, Choir loft and dining facility. Let’s Get It Going - $490,000 With this amount, we will be able to complete the Daycare, After School facility, food pantry. Let’s Get It Done - $690,000 With this amount, we will be able to complete the Restrooms, Hvac, Kitchen, the interior of the Fellowship Hall, the exterior of the Fellowship Hall, and the Hardscape/Landscape/Exterior Lighting; the entire project.

WE ARE EMBARKING THIS YEAR ON GREAT FUND RASING EFFORT TO BE ABLE TO HELP PUSH OUR NEEDY CHILDREN FORWARD AND TO ACCOMODATE THOSE WHO WILL COME THROUGH OUR DOORS FOR THE FIRST TIME. SINGLE PARENT HOMES, LATCH KEY, HOMELESS, ANGEL TREE CHILDREN. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TOO ALL. HELP US HELP THOSE WHO ARE LESS FORTUNATE.

This is what our Capital campaign is all about. The Bible says you have not because you ask not. The Macedonian call is as real today as it was in the Apostle Paul’s day. This is our future and we are thanking God for Partners in Ministry who are excited to help others in vineyard spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When you communicate unto us a Gift, it will speak for ages with your name on it, and every assignment that is done for the Kingdom of Heaven will, your hand will be upon it.
