Frederick Leon Parker, affectionately known as Fred to his family, dedicated his life to the Lord before his transition from this world. Fred was a man brimming with laughter and humor. A proud graduate of JH Rose in 1974, he was a son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and a friend to many.
